Attached is the notice of decision by the Tillamook County Board of Commissioners to adopt Legislative Amendment request #851-19-000420-PLNG, a legislative amendment request to amend the Tillamook County Land Use Ordinance (TCLUO), the Tillamook County Comprehensive Plan, and the Tillamook County Zoning Map/Comprehensive Plan Map for the establishment of the Tsunami Hazard Overlay Zone, amend Article 3 of the TCLUO to include Section 3.580 to add definitions and establish permitted uses within this overlay zone and amend the Goal 7: Hazards element of the Tillamook County Comprehensive Plan to add new plan policies and map references for the Tsunami Hazard Overlay Zone

The Neskowin Citizen Advisory Committee (NCAC) is a committee created by Tillamook County to advise county, state, federal and other agencies and organizations on issues and concerns that have an impact on the area south of the Little Nestucca and south and east to the
county line. All residents, property and business owners within this area are considered voting members. Oregon public meeting laws apply.
Upcoming FEMA flood map changes for NeskowinNew, draft maps of Neskowin are now available for internal review below. Now is the time to raise any concerns. Comments can be sent to Jed Roberts (Flood Mapping Coordinator at DOGAMI) jed.roberts@dogami.state.or.us by May 2. After May, you can still comment as it will take close to a year of external review and comment before an official map is signed off on.
